Online Terms and Conditions for our hall rental

This agreement is proprietary to Canora Community League “mycanora.com” and the logo are trademarks of Canora Community League. Distribution, copy or any other use of this agreement and/or the trademarks without the written consent of Canora Community Leage is strictly prohibited.

Canora Hall Rental Policies
Call our rental agent to check availability, rental price and complete the contract.
The balance of the rental fee and the damage deposit are due two weeks before the rental (both will be cashed). Damage deposits will be returned within two weeks.
The Canora Community League reserves the right to ask for FULL disclosure of what the rental of the hall will be used for.
The Canora Community League reserves the right to rent only to those that meet or exceed the rental requirements.
The Canora Community League reserves the right to ask for a $100 reservation fee. At least 30 days cancellation notice must be given otherwise the reservation fee is forefitted.
Alcohol is not permitted on the premises unless a valid liquor license is obtained and displayed.

The renter is required to provide confirmation of short term rental insurance coverage and/or host liquor liability insurance from a licensed insurance agent or broker: for no less than Two Million Dollars “($2,000,000) and name the Canora Community League as an “additional insured”. Check with your personal homeowner's insurance or commercial insurance provider or purchase rental insurance through Foster Park Baskett visit http://facilityrental.ca.
The Canora Community League reserves the right to cancel any function that is deemed inappropriate or harmful to community members and does not meet all contractual obligations and Canora Hall Rental Policies. Rates can change without notice.
